Often described as a lateral S-shaped deviation, scoliosis more accurately consists of a spiral-shaped torsion of the spine presenting a curvature of over 10 degrees as measured on X-Ray.
WHAT IS KYPHOSIS?
Hyperkyphosis is a condition where the normal curvature (normal kyphosis) of the spine is accentuated to the extent that the back becomes rounded and the head and neck are protruded forward. It also often referred to as kyphosis.
